Our Story
Securus Documents, the parent company of Our Family Assets Digital Vault, was founded in 2019 by John Gomery and Terry Johnson, who have worked together for nearly 30 years and collectively have over 80 years of experience in Information Technology.
Motivated by a significant problem identified in the Estate Settlement industry, they set out to create a solution using cutting-edge technology, including a secure storage vault and identity/access management (IAM) facilitated by biometrics. With a focus on user experience, they developed a range of products, including Our Family Assets Digital Vault, which offers a unique solution for automated estate settlement processes, as well as an exclusive eCard that provides an effective way to connect with a designated Emergency Contact.

Our mission is to deliver quality software tools that every American can use to improve their lives. Our team focuses on creating technology solutions that are affordable, easy to use and make a difference today and in the future.
Our Focus
PRIVACY
Identity and Access Management (IAM) allows for the account owner's identity to be verified using the Social Security Administration authentication or multiple level biometrics. In this way, access is only granted through multi-factor authentication processes, for example using a pincode with email or text, fingerprint, facial recognition, etc.
SECURITY
Using a centralized managed distributed object storage architecture makes all data immutable while using AES 256 bit encryption (military grade). This provides 99.999999999% security which means there is no loss of data in 10 million years of transactions.
USABILITY
